Your data, handled with care
A plain-language explanation of what we collect, why, and how you stay in control of it.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
PB Enterprises ("we", "us", "our") operates pbenterprises.marketing. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit the site, submit an enquiry, or work with us as a client, and what we do with it. It applies to this website and to the services we deliver on its behalf.
Information we collect
We collect information in two ways: what you give us directly, and what your browser shares automatically.
Information you provide
- Your name, email address and phone number, when you submit the contact form or book a call.
- Details about your business and project, when you tell us what you're looking to build or grow.
- Any other information you choose to include in a message to us.
Information collected automatically
- Standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages visited, gathered through basic web server logs and analytics.
- Cookies used to remember preferences and understand how the site is used (see Cookies below).
How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes for our services.
- To deliver, manage and support any project or ongoing service you engage us for.
- To send updates about a project you've asked us to work on.
- To improve the website, our services and how we communicate.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use cookies and similar technologies to remember basic preferences and to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site (for example, which pages are most popular). You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time; doing so may affect how some parts of the site behave, but it will not stop the site from working.
Third-party services
We may use trusted third-party providers to help run the site and deliver our services, for example hosting, email delivery, analytics and payment processing. These providers only receive the information needed to perform their function, and are expected to keep it secure. We do not control the privacy practices of external sites we link to.
Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry, deliver a project, meet legal or accounting requirements, or resolve disputes, whichever is longest. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete or anonymise it.
Your rights
Depending on where you're based, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain uses of it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at patrick@pbenterprises.marketing and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Data security
We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect the information we hold, including secure hosting and restricted access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your information protected.
Children's privacy
This site and our services are intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "last updated" date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. We encourage you to review it periodically.
