The terms behind working together
What to expect from us, and what we ask of you, laid out in plain English.
Last updated: 12 September 2026
These terms apply whenever you use pbenterprises.marketing or engage PB Enterprises ("we", "us", "our") for website, app, marketing, AI automation or related services. By using the site or agreeing to a project with us, you accept these terms. If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site or engage our services.
Our services
We provide website development, mobile app development, digital marketing, AI automation, social media marketing, search engine marketing and reputation marketing services, along with the Managed Growth Programme. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline and price for any project are agreed separately in writing (for example, in a proposal, quote or statement of work) before work begins. Where these terms and a signed proposal disagree, the proposal takes priority for that project.
Using this website
- You may browse and use the site for lawful purposes connected to evaluating or engaging our services.
- You won't attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, or use it to distribute harmful content.
- Any content you submit through a form must be accurate and not infringe on anyone else's rights.
Intellectual property
The design, code, illustrations, copy and branding on this website belong to PB Enterprises unless stated otherwise, and may not be copied or reused without permission. For client projects, ownership of the final deliverables (such as a website or app) transfers to the client on full payment, unless the project agreement says otherwise. We may retain the right to display completed work in our own portfolio.
Client responsibilities
To keep a project on track, we ask clients to:
- Provide timely feedback, content and access to any accounts or systems needed for the work.
- Make sure any material supplied to us (text, images, logos) is legally theirs to use.
- Review deliverables promptly and flag any issues within the agreed review period.
Payment terms
Fees, payment schedule and invoicing details are set out in the individual project proposal or agreement. Unless stated otherwise, invoices are due within the period stated on the invoice. Work on a project may pause if payment is significantly overdue. Fees already paid for work completed are non-refundable, except where required by law or agreed separately in writing.
Limitation of liability
We aim to deliver high-quality, reliable work, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, PB Enterprises is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses (such as lost profits or lost data) arising from your use of the site or our services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, such as liability for fraud or gross negligence.
Termination
Either party may end an active project in line with the notice terms set out in that project's agreement. On termination, the client pays for work completed up to that point, and we provide any deliverables completed and paid for.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
